Outlook 2003 Sends in Reverse Order

When I have several emails queued up in the outbox, they are all time and
date stamped with the time that I clicked on the send button.

If I go into the outbox and then click on the send/receive button, they are
sent in reverse order, i.e. last ones first.

Is there any way to send them out in the order that I composed them?

It doesn't matter whether I sort them by date and time in reverse or normal
order (I think that is just for display purposes only).

Example :-
Email 1 sent at 15:37
Email 2 sent at 15:39
I click send/receive and email 2 is sent first, then email 1.

When I send the emails as above to myself, they are received in the order of
email2 first, then email1.

Because, if you are sending more than one email to the same person and you
say something like, "I have explained this further in the next email", or
there is time critical information in them both, then it looks stupid if they
arrive in the wrong order.

Is this just my configuration, or is this a know problem/feature?

If the info is time critical you should be using some other form of
communication, email is not an instant comms media

Sure an email process, eg sending, is considered successfull if it is
delivered within 72 hours
Or to satisfy yourself research the subject
