Outlook 2003 problem

Hello.
I have Office 2003 installed on my pc and i have the following problem:
If i use Microsoft Word as my email editor, when i click on Send i get an
error message saying "Interface not registered". If i don't use Microsoft
Word there is no problem.

Why does this happen and how can i solve this ?

close all running Office applications. Then use Start-> Run and type;

Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll

This will correctly register the ole32.dll file in the registry.
