Outlook 2003: Permanent change of font size for email display

Comment in advance: I hope I use the correct English terms since I have
a German Office version.

Where can I change the font size used in the preview window in the email
inbox or if I open the email? I know the trick with mouse wheel to
change the font size temporarily. But I would like to set it somewhere
for permanent use.

Extras | Optionen | E-Mail-Format | Schriftarten

Change the font size by "Verfassen/Lesen von Nur-Text".
