outlook 2003 outgoing mail too big

I was trying to send music files to myself (testing), and now it stays in my
outbox. I am receiving emails ok, and the other outgoing emails are slowed
because of this. When I try to delete it, it says it's already begun
transmission. This has been going on for 3 days now? suggestions?

In Outlook, click File and check Work Offline. Stop Outlook, wait a comple of
minutes, restart Outlook, delete the message, then click File and uncheck Work
Offline.

Use transfer methods other than email for larger files.
