Outlook 2003 on Exchange Server 2000 hang ups

If a user installs OL 2003 on a computer and access their
2000 exchange e-mail folders, then tries to access the
exchange e-mail folders with OL 2000. OL2000 will no
longer function properly (hangs, will not close, must be
closed with end task.)

Try starting Outlook 2000 with the /cleanreminders and /cleanfreebusy
command line switches.
