Outlook 2003 - Not printing full content of emails

Jason

Hello,

I am using Outlook 2003 with outgoing message format in HTML. I found that
if I open up an email that I created and print, using any printer, several
words are missing from the content of the email, as if word-wrap is not
working properly. I checked the usual settings and could not find anything
that would cause this. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
Jason

That's not unusual for HTML rendering during print. Switch to a landscape
format to give yourself more width.

Printing in Landscape did the trick. However ... I don't recall this being
an issue on the previous computer. Is there an actual fix that we can apply
to get this resolved? I really don't like the idea of having to print in
landscape mode each time.

Since Outlook uses IE to render the HTML and since printing in IE might not
wrap (it depends on how the HTML was written) it's not an Outlook problem.
I understand IE7 may handle printing better than IE6.

Jason,

Place your HTML text in a table with a fixed width of 600 pixels. Your
recipients will thank you!
