Outlook 2003 "No such interface supported"

Whenever I try to send an email with Word as my email editor, I get that
message when I press send.

If I try to send an email by clicking on an email link in a webpage, Outlook
won't even start Word as my editor and makes me use Outlook's own editor.

Please help!
