Outlook 2003 NIP.EXE problem

Need help!!! I cant download my e-mails. Everytime I try I get a message that
says that NIP.EXE got a problem and must end the program. It downloads three
e-mails and then this message pops up. It does so every time I try and I get
the three same e-mails every time.

Hope anyone can help me!

NIP.EXE is part of Norman Virus Control... Nothing to do with Outlook so far.
I know it's not a good idea to disable the antivirus if you are online, so
i'd suggest getting another antivirus (look at www.antivir.com for a free
one)

Download athe new antivirus software, get offline, completely uninstall
norman, install new antivirus, get online and update antivirus, then try
downloading your mails again
