Outlook 2003 Missing Contents

my manager has a problem with his Outlook 2003.

When he sent the email to me with attachment, I can only see the
attachment but all the text that he typed in the email is
missing.however, it works fine without the attachment.

Does anybody know the solution?

I have found the solution. I did the Microsoft Outlook update and it
works.
