How do I delete pre-populated locations from the locations drop-down menu for
meeting requests? Some of the entries are old global address book resources
that are no longer valid and it's causing confusion with users as to which
resource is the correct one.
I'm aware of how to add a resource using the scheduling tab, but that then
populates in the drop-down menu as well.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thx.
