Outlook 2003 Junk Filter Options

Eversince I applied the latest Office patch couple of weeks ago, my Outlook
does not filter junk email anymore. When I checked 'Actions/Junk
E-Mails/Junk E-Mails Options', 'No Automatic Filtering' is set. I tried to
change the setting to 'Low', 'High' or the other options, but Outlook does
not save the selection and goes back to 'No Automatic Filtering'. Short of
reinstalling Outlook or Office, is there any other solution?

Are you connected to Exchange or not and, if you are, are you using cached
mode or not?

I download messages from Exchange as POP3, so, no I am not connected to
Exchange and I am not using cached mode.
