Outlook 2003 Junk Email Turned Off - Still Filters

Greets -

Running OL 2003 in Exchange cached mode with Exchange 2007 on XP SP2. I
disabled the Junk E-Mail filter via GPO, yet email is still filtering into
that folder. There is also nothing else checked within the Junk Email Filter
options that would move email to the folder. Our exchange environment does
not use edge transport servers nor has spam filtering been setup on the hub
transports. I am not running any type of 3rd party software on the
workstations that would cause this. Can someone provide me with some advice
as to how email is still being marked as spam?

Thx in advance!

Turns out it was Outlook Web Access that was causing this issue incase anyone
runs into this! Turning off OWA spam filtering resolved the problem.
