Outlook 2003 Hangs multiple times per day

Our Server is running Exchange and our cients are running Outlook 2003.
Some of our clients (choosen random as far as we can tell) are having a lot
of problems with their outlook. It hangs mutliple times a day for about 10
min. This mostly happens when they send an e-mail, but has also happened when
they were doing nothing at that moment.

The only way to continue working is to either wait 10 min for outlook to
start responding again or to reboot. Even killing the process tree doesn't
help.

has Anyone got any ideas what might cause/solve this problem?

Fax or synch software? Add Ins or COMs? Is Word used as the email editor? Is
the Exchange server on the other side of a router?

- Fax Software is Rightfax (all users have this almost none of them use it)
- Addins:
- Captaris Rightfax Client Extension
- Delegate Access
- Deleted item Recovery
- Exchange Extensions commands
- Exchange Extensions property pages
- No COM's
- We tried turning words on and off as email editor, didn't make any
difference.
- No Sync Software

Try turning that off to see if it helps. You don't actually need to scan
incoming/outgoing mail to stay secure.

Unfortionatly I can't do that.
It's company policy ans since we are part of an international I can't just
decide to change that
