Outlook 2003 hangs all the time :-(

After I upgraded from Office XP to Office 2003, Outlook has become very
unstable and keeps hanging.

At the moment it hangs with Send/Receive status showing 3%.

Any tips on what to do to sort this out. Thanks

I had this very same issue awhile ago. It turns out that
you have to uninstall Office XP 2002 before you Install
Office 2003.
