Outlook 2003 features don't work

I have my outlook 2003 in my vaio vgn-a260 and I have office 2007 that
doesn't have outlook. I have the problem that features like forward, relpy,
new are not high lighted so they don't function. I have the same programs
running in other computers and have no problem. Could some one help me get
back the operability of all features.

Verify that you have a properly configured account and that Outlook 2003 has
been activated.

Thanks for your reply. I have three accounts that recieve mails and yes it's
activated, I recieve e'mails but can't forward, reply, write new ones. The
features are lighted and don't work. Yesterday I made a repair throuhgt the
add remove AND IT STILL DOESN'T WORK
