Outlook 2003 Error Word E-mail Editor

So I'm having the same problem a lot of people seem to be, when replying or
clicking forward on an email, I get the "unavailable or not installed"
message.

I've repaired, reinstalled, updated, no fix.

I've done the Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll and the regsvr32.exe
ole32.dll

Then I noticed that I was actually able to reply/forward to every email
EXCEPT the one from an AOL account. Not sure if AOL is the problem or not,
but wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions.
