Outlook 2003 Email

In the initial setup of Outlook 2003, I get the following
error message on emails sent to any domain other than the
domain name I use personally:

553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed
rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

I can't imagine needing to create a list of domain names
of everyone to whom I send email, but that's what this
error seems to imply.

I am having the same problem. What did you do to resolve this problem?
