Outlook 2003 email rules filter should let me permanently delete blank or
[%from_name%] [[%from_email%]] in the from field on received emails:

example,

From: [%from_name%] [[%from_email%]]
Sent: Monday, April 25, 2005 6:14 PM
To: [%to%]
Subject: 0EM Software

Attachments: Lf.gif; MW.gif; A.gif; MO.gif; _AVG certification_.txt

You can create a rule to permanently delete messages based on text in the
header such as the text you showed. Not sure about the empty ones though
