Outlook 2003 & E-mail Editor

I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 from Outlook 2000, where I used to use
Word 2000 as my e-mail editor.

Now when I look under Tools/Options/E-Mail Fromat, the only editor
option appears to be Word 2003 which is greyed-out cos I dont have it
on this system. Can I not use Word 2000 as my editor?
