Outlook 2003: Don't want to delete email from server

K

Keith

Hi,

I've got two people in the office that both need to receive all of the email
sent to one account. One is using Outlook 2003, the other is using Outlook
Express (I don't know the version). They are not on an exchange server,
Bellsouth is their provider. What are the settings that accomplish this?

Thanks,

Keith

Set the POP3 service in both machines to "leave a copy of mail on the
server". Set ONE of the machines (doesn't matter which) to "delete mail
from server after (xx) days" so it doesn't pile up.
