Outlook 2003: Disappearing Calendar Events

This last week I have had a problem with events disappearing from the
calender. I'd say there have been about three instances where primarily
tentative events have just disappeared. These events usually stipulate that I
personally declined them - which I did not.

Is there anything that can cause this to happen?

By the way, I looked in Sent Items for the declinations and there are none.

Did you delete the invitations from the Inbox?

Do you sync with a pda? did you delete them from the inbox?
