Outlook 2003 delay

I have an end user that only gets his emails approximately every 30 minutes
from our Exchange server. I cannot find anywhere on his individual account
where there should be a delay in getting his emails. I have connected to
the desktop under my username and gotten emails directly, without delay, but
I'm unable to get the rid of the delay while logged in as him. Is there
someplace that I should look other than the obvious?

With an Exchange account, Exchange takes care of pushing notification of new
message delivery to Outlook. Outlook doesn't poll. I'd ask the Exchange
admins.
