Outlook 2003 block out MSN newsletters - An error has prevented the message being located.

Hi

I have a strange problem with regard of Outlook 2003 and subscribed MSN
newsletters and seems no one at MSN technical support could solve it.

The thing is that Outlook 2003 will place all MSN newsletters that I
subscribed to Junk E-mail folder. Ok, this happens to many mails and
newsletters as well.

What different is that, unlike others,I cannot put them back to Inbox with
"Not Junk" or Add Sender to Safe Senders List or Add Sender's Domain to Safe
Senders List.

I even manually added the newsletters address ([email protected])
to Safe Sender List and to Safe Recipients, but made no difference.

For that matter, each MSN newsletters will show the following error
message - An error has prevented the message being located.

And this happens ONLY to MSN newsletters and not even to those spam.

Appreciate if anyone has any solutions.

PS: Will double post to Outlook General as well.

Avoid multiposting. Crosspost instead, which means postying in more than
one group at the same time with the same message. You need a real
newsreader to do this, which, since you used OE to post, you're using. Just
put both newsgroups in the "Newsgroups" field, separated by a comma.

I have the same problem as this user. It has been this way for 2 years. No problem sending or receiving emails, other than those from MSN Hotmail. I'm a legacy POP3 user, using Outlook 2000 SP3.
