Hello

I was using the Office Beta 2003 and have just un-installed it. I installed Office XP and now I can not get my email to work

I am getting the following message when I try to open up the existing outlook.pst file
The file c:\documents and Setting ....\outlook.pst is not compatible with this version of the Personal Folders information service. Contact your administrator

I am open to any help or suggestions. I need my email working

Thank you

Hello

I found a reference in another post to the ability of changing the PST format from O2003 to O97-2002. The problem is that my Beta 2 version is in reduced functionality mode so it won't let me change the format

Can anyone tell me what I need to do so I can operate in Outlook 2002 mode again

Thanks

Alex

You'll have to get an eval copy of Office 2003 and create a new PST file
with Outlook 2003.
