Outlook 2003 attachment annoyance

Our offices have just installed MS Office 2003 and the
issue at hand is with Outlook. When we receive an e-mail
with an attachment and attempt to view it we are prompted
with a "Attachment Security Warning" WARNING! This file
may conatin a virus that can be harmful to your computer.
You must save this file to disk before it can be opened.
It is important to be VERY certain that this file is safe
before you open it.

The only options are to Save to Disk... and Cancel.

Is there a regestry entry to change, or an option to
change in outlook to be able to open the attachment from
withing outlook, without having to save it to disk then
opening it. This is very frustrating. Thanks.
