Outlook 2003 and .wab address book

I need to import an .wab address book into Outlook 2003,
but seems like Outlook 2003 doesn't handle this format,
what can I do? Besides, everytime I try to use it,
outlook says that the contact folder or the address book
has been erased or remove, or something like that.

Outlook doesn't use WAB files. Outlook Express does. You'd have to import it
into OE first, then import into Outlook from OE.
