Outlook 2003 and message "The server does not support,,,"

Recently (before there was not) , when I righ clcik on "Deleted Items" Folder, then chose : Empty "Deleted Items" Folder. I have received this error message:

and I have been experiencing this error message, whenever I used outlook to retrieve my hotmail account only ( with gmail , work account, I have got no problem ), the first few deletions ( Right click --> Empty "Deleted Items" Folder.) there were no error , after that I used to receive the message above
