Outlook 2003 and ical standard

Can Outlook 2003 be set to display a users calendar residing on a
calendar/email server that follows the ical standard? By ical, I don't
mean the Apple iCal. In searching through the posts, I've seen
references to importing ical files, things like that, but nothing on a
direct interface to an ical compliant server and being able to display
from and set appointments to the server from Outlook. Any info would
be appreciated. Thanks.
