Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server sync help!

Our company has an exchange server and I am running outlook 2003. I have included a picture below for referrence.

The problem I am having is that I am only able to sync my iPhone with my Personal Folders. My Exchange folders (Mailbox - Jeff) are not visible to iTunes. Is there a way to sync my personal folders with my Exchange folders?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
