Outlook 2003 and Exchange 5.5 Public Folder issues

On Outlook 2003 the public folders which were created in Exchange 5.5 are not
displayed. Using the same user account when the user logs in via Outlook XP
the the public folders are availble. Any ideas what it could be. Are there
any known issues with regards to compatibility.
