Outlook 2003 All day even reminders

When I schedule an all day even in Outlook 2003, the
reminder defaults to 18 hours, even though the default
reminder time on the calendar is set to 15 minutes. Is
there a way to make this default the same as all other
appointments?

the default for all day reminders is 18 hours - on the premise that you'll
want notification the morning before the event.

That does make sense, but I have a user that would like
to change that default of 18 hours? Is it possible?
