Outlook 2003 - Advanced Security Action LIst

HELP!
We have many automated processes that generate emails automatically.
Because of the Advanced Security in Outlook 2003 it prompts us to allow
the application to send automatic email the first time the app is run
for every unique user. We normally check "Allow Access Always".
However, everytime we create a new app we have to go through this step
again for every unique user that uses the particular app. I have been
searching in vain to find a way to add a group of apps all at one time
into the "Action List", to avoid this issue. We have apps that are run
on batch servers that require no human interaction, however they do now
if they are a new app and require the sending of an auto email. We
desperately need a solution to this issue.

You can open the window using either the Advanced Security submenu from
the Tools menu of the main Microsoft Outlook window or Start\Programs
menu of Advanced Security. You cannot use this window to specify a new
action, but you can delete or change those existing. To do it,
right-click the selected action and select the Actions item from the
context menu. You can also use the context menu to copy the entire
content of the window onto the clipboard in the form of a text table. "

Since you are using a third-party tool to manage Outlook automation security and not an Outlook feature, I suggest you contact the developer of that tool.

Also note that Outlook is not considered suitable to automate from unattended server processes. CDO for Windows provides a better way to send mail from servers that doesn't run into Outlook security. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/sec.htm for more information on that and other options.
