Outlook 2003 addin error message

Each time i start uo outlook 2003 i get an errormessage 'addins\outlvba.dll' is not a valid office addin. I cannot send or receive emails. Any suggestions welcome.

Go to Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options. Check both Add-In Manager
and COM Add-Ins and disable any add-ins you don't need. Close and restart
Outlook. If this is successful and you don't notice anything else not
working properly for a while afterward, you can probably safely remove those
add-ins from those two locations.
