Outlook 2003 accounts from older version.

Here is my problem... I have just upgraded from XP to Windows7. I did a
clean install. I was originally on Outlook 2000 & now on Outlook 2003. I
diligently exported my many email accounts to .iaf files. Now I find I
cannot import my accounts into Outlook 2003 (who thought taking that away was
a good idea?). I saw a workaround of installing Outlook Express (but that
does not work on Windows7). So here is my thought. Could I load up Outlook
2000 on my Windows7 then import the .iaf files then install Outlook 2003 over
that. Would Outlook 2003 then pick up my accounts from within Outlook 2000?
Many thanks with this problem. I have enough to think about with intalling
other programs etc without this little curve ball.

Save yourself, time, effort and grief manually, configure your accounts in
OL2003
(OL2k is not compatible with Vista or Win7, attempting to configure OL2k
then upgrading to OL2003 will most likely not work seamlessly)
