Outlook 2002

After installing Outlook 2002, when I open it I get the
message 'Unable to open your default email folders.
The .DLL file for the information service could not be
found. MAPI was unable to load the information service
PSTPRX.DLL'
Any ideas

See if creating a new profile helps, this can be done via Control Panel >
Mail

This alos happened to me, but with diligence, re-creating
the profile did eventually fix that problem...

First- thanks to everyone who posted on this issue, you
helped me fix it.

Second- my fix was nothing more than changing the Profile
from "Microsoft Outlook Internet Settings" to "Outlook"
and clicking APPLY. It remembered all of my old email
accounts.
