Outlook 2002 "unable to open your default email folders."

In the past I have used Outlook Express on my XP computer but I would like to
start using my Outlook 2002. When I open Outlook 2002 it beigins its setup
routine but while it is "Migrating Account Settings" I get a popup that says,
"Unable to open your default email folders. Could not open the item. Try
again. Please help!

Use the Mail applet in the Control Panel to configure Outlook - New Profile,
add account(s) and data file and test accounts

Thanks! I did that and it is now working!! For some reason though in Outlook
the Windows Installer keeps trying to run. It does not appear to do anyhting
but comes up as I try to move around in Outlook.
