Outlook 2002 Shutdown

Why is it every time when I add on a new contact, the entire Microsoft
Outlook 2002 program shuts down and restarts, so I can't even add a new
contact or even synchronize it to my phone?

It was about on Monday 05/12/08 when I opened my Outlook and I tried to add
on a new contact, a pop-up screen appears telling me that Microsoft Outlook
2002 has to shut down and it restarts automatically. I'm not sure why this
happened?

Nothing just happens all by itself for no reason.
There is more to the story. Read the link I posted to look for the clues and
information you need to provide. Make sure you look in Event viewer for
other information and provide the exact steps that reproduce the error and
the exact content of the error message.
