outlook 2002 Profile

ActiveSync4.5 says connected but also says can't connect with (this) outlook
profile because it is different than the one used to set up outlook.
A. How can I retrieve the profile I used to setup outlook or
B how to start from scratch with only one new profile and get rid of the
existing profiles(s) in Outlook and Act Sync and what the Axim ppc shows in
its ActSync page?

Try the ActiveSynch help files as it is that software and not Outlook where
you need to change the setting. I recall it as being disconneting a device
and then setting it up again.

google active synch 4.5 help and you'll be on track!
