Outlook 2002 - hangs up when forwarding using Word as email editor

After updating my office programs. I use Outlook 2002 and Word (as part of
Works 2004 suite) The program hangs (freezes) resulting in my having to close
the program using alt-ctrl-del.

If I uncheck the use Word as email editor option everything works ok.

Any ideas as to how to fix this? I would like to use Word as my email editor
but have no idea as to how to fix this problem which seems to stem from the
update process I installed. Update Id is
{DA256408-A2E7-41A5-8AD6-62ACB86A0FD7}

Any help gratefully appreciated

If Outlook and Word are two different versions this would cause problems such
as you describe.
