outlook 2002 automatic backup utility

I have installed outlook automatic utility. it seems to
be working only with Administrator account. If i login to
normal user account backup option not there in the
outlook menu. please suggest how to make available this
utility for other users as well.

It's probably registered in the HKCU hive of the registry, which makes it
available only for the user who installed it. See if there's a support link
when the addin is selected in the Add/Remove Programs application in the
Control Panel. If there is click on that and then on the Repair button to
register it for that user. If a support link isn't there then click on the
Change button and when the wizard starts select to repair the installation.
That should write the registry information in that user's HKCU hive of the
registry.
