Outlook 2000 to 2007,

To install Outlook 2007, you must remove 2000, are your contacts, emails, etc
automatically saved and put in outlook 2007.

Obviously, I don't want to remove 2000, if all my contacts, etc are deleted.

I would have thought this was a very common question, however there's no
information on it on the Office or Outlook web site.

Uninstalling Office/Outlook 2000 will not delete/remove your data files.
Not sure what mode you have Outlook 2000* configured in, but the only thing
you might have to do is delete/recreate your mail profile.

* Outlook 2000 could be installed in Internet Mail Only or
Corporate/Workgroup mode. Some folks have had issues upgrading from
Internet Mail Only mode to any later version of Outlook, but creating a new
mail profile always seems to fix these things.
