outlook 2000/Send symbol on tool bar

I would like to use outlook to receive and send emails
with bellsouth fast access. However when I load outlook
and type an email there is no tool bar containing the
symbol to send/receive. I have tried to look at various
tool bars and am not able to locate the send/receive
option. Please help me load the tool bar that contains
this option and let me know if there are any other
helpful hints on using microsoft outlook for the first
time to send and receive emails thru bellsouth. thanks

Have you set up your mail account here: Control Panel->Mail Icon?
