outlook 2000 multiple email addresses & multiple inboxes

I have 3 different email addresses. One for me personally, one for my business, one for my wife. Each has its own specific unique email address. I would like to be able to launch outlook 2000 and have all messages checked, and have all messages posted to seperate and unique inboxes within the same view of outlook 2000. we used to have outlook express and we "switched identities", which was a hassle, but effective cuz we didn't get our messages mixed up with each other. I tried making a rule in Outlook 2000 but I didn't see a selection that accomodated me
Can anyone help

Thanks....................

You have, basically, three options in Outlook 2000.

1) Configure Outlook 2000 in Internet Mail Only mode and add all three
e-mail accounts. This will make it easy to choose which account to send
from on the fly. You will not have separate Inboxes; all mail will come
through the default Inbox. You can create rules to divert incoming messages
to separate folders based on the account through which they were received.

2) Configure Outlook 2000 in Corporate/Workgroup mode and set up separate
profiles for each e-mail account. Each profile will have a completely
separate set of personal folders. However, there is no way to switch
between profiles in Outlook without closing and restarting the program.
Also, if you ever decide to add a second account to any one of the profiles,
you will have a difficult time choosing the sending account as C/W mode
always wants to use the default and it's not so easy to switch.

3) Configure Outlook 2000 in Internet Mail Only mode and create separate
Windows logons for each user. Each login will have its own separate Outlook
profile, so all data remains separate if you only add one e-mail account per
Windows user. Of course this is even more cumbersome than creating separate
Outlook profiles in option #2 above, and is probably overkill in your case.

See the following page for a description of the two modes (Internet Mail
Only and Corporate/Workgroup), to help you decide which one is right for
you:

I'd also like to tie the different accounts to a specific inbox folder. I have outlook 2000. Is this planned or available in a newer version of Outlook?
