Outlook 2000 Mail Link

When I click in an email in Outlook 2000 which has a
mailto: link (ie: (e-mail address removed)) Outlook Express 6 opens
up to send the mail instead of Outlook.
I could not figure out how to un-install Outlook Express
6 or disable it.

Please Help

Do you have Outlook set as the default mail program in Control Panel |
Internet Options | Programs tab?

Don't uninstall Outlook Express -- Outlook needs it to run properly.

Yes, all my programs point to Outlook as my default
program. Which is why I am stumped as to why Outlook
Express opens up

Thanks in Advance
