outlook 2000 macro programmer needed

Jeff

i am in need of someone to do the following projects for
one of my clients, if you are interested email me at
je***ff@magen***ta***tech.com (remove the ***) with your
estimated hours and cost. I am looking for someone to do
this in the next few days (today is jan 22, 2004). I
believe this should be a pretty small project.
--------------------------

Requirements:

we use outlook 2000

we use the preview pane to go over the messages in the
inbox

we forward many many messages to other employees

right now to forward a message we need to

1 - select it

2 - click the "Forward" button

3 - type the name of the other employee

4 - click send

instead of steps 2,3 & 4 I would like us to have a drop
down in the main outlook menu somewhere (easy to get to)
so that from the preview pane, I can select a name from
my contact list (the outlook address book) and it will
automatically forward the message in the preview pane to
this person.

It seems like you're saying that the frustrating part is having to type the
name, right? It's not a problem with the number of clicks you have to do or
clicking on the message itself that is eating up much time, right?

So really all you need is a toolbar dropdown with your addressbook names on
it and some sort of forward-to button? (You seem to suggest that the moment
you select the dropdown name it should forward it but this would be prone to
lots of accidental mailings each time a name is accidentally picked.)

Is this correct?
