Outlook Outlook 2000 in Vista Configuration Question

I recently had to upgrade to vista, when I run outlook 2000, I get what a first time user gets when they log on which is to configure outlook.

I enter all the information in and outlook comes up.

However when I exit the outlook program and go back in again I have to go through this all over again. Is there a save setting or something that I am missing?
