Outlook 2000 - Automatically Populating Calendar Entries

My company is trying to find out a way to import multiple
calendar events into a large group of employee's
calendars, without having to send meeting requests or
have the associates manually import all of these meetings
into their calendar. Is there any way to do this?
For instance, we have about 40 different standard
meetings that occur each year. Each meeting is for any
where from 50 associates to 200 associaes. We would like
all of the standard meetings to automatically appear on
each appropriate associates' calendar. Any information
would be greatly appreciated.

Outlook includes no built-in feature that to push calendar information directly into users' folders. There is at least one third-party tool that can do this -- MasterCal from http://www.infoware.ca/content/infoframe.htm?mcal.asp .

Another approach is to use a custom form to send dates around. Users click once to add all dates to their calendar. See http://www.slipstick.com/dev/olforms/holiday.htm .
