Outlook 0x80042108 Error

I am not able to Send/Received any mails from my pop & smtp server the
0x80042108 error come also sometimes 0x800cccof error come.i am using
office 2003.winXP SP2,symantec antivirus.
all other programes works fine also update windows updates, symantec
update but problem not solved

pls help me

Hi,

sounds like your firewall (local or router) blocks the traffic. Has this
ever worked before?
How do you connect to the internet? Wireless Lan or Ethernet?
