Outlook 07 & HTML

Larry

My OS is XP Pro, antivirus is Avast, lots of RAM and speed, absolutely no
mail with HTML graphics will display. I have to open the mail and view in my
browser. I dont want to disable the antivirus and there are no known issues
with it and OL 07. I ahve added the sites to the safe sender list as well.
Nothing seems to work, any suggestions?

You don't have to disable your virus scanner. All you have to do is
disabling its integration with Outlook although this could require a
reinstall of your anti-virus software to properly disable it.
See http://www.msoutlook.info/question/20

What is being displayed instead? Red X boxes or is the mail being displayed
in Plain Text?
Tried emptying your Temporary Internet Files folder already?
If it is displayed in Plain Text see;

Yes, boxes with red "X's" ..have emptied temp internet files and notthe mails
are not displayed in Plain Text, text outside the boxes is all visable only
the "X" boes are empty where the graphic is supposed to be.

Tried a Repair on Office already?
Dos it work when you log on with a different user to the same computer? Add
an account for testing if you only have one account configured on the
computer.

Emptying the the Temporarty Internet Files folder doesn't empty the Outlook
Secure Temp folder, even though it is a subfolder if TIF. Empty the Outlook
Secure Temp folder explicitly.
