Yes. I know. You need to contact your ISP for the required information
about their incoming and outgoing server addresses. If they have a webpage,
usually this information can be found there. It will be something like
this:

Incoming: mail.webcompany.net
Outgoing: mail.webcompany.net

Outlook Express won't run under Vista. Windows Mail is its replacement.

The way to set up either of them depends on who your email provider is.
Most people let their internet provider be their email provider also. Ask
your email provider for their instructions for setting up to use their email
servers. If they haven't written instructions for Windows Mail yet, their
instructions for Outlook Express should also work under Windows Mail
as long as they don't call for using the HTTP protocol. The instructions
should be somewhere on their web site. Or, you can tell us who your
email provider is and see if anyone here already knows where to find the
instructions.
